Resilient Wheel Press

Pre-compressed rubbers can be mounted to resilient wheels only with specially designed machines that are used for the assembly of rubbers between wheel center and tyre. KAAF Wheel presses allow you to make a perfect assembly by applying the pre-compressed force required for the assembly of the Bo'54 wheel at a precise position, force, and speed. The machines can be customized for customer demands and different types of wheels. Production is carried out with a force application capacity of up to 500 tons. In addition, the molds and equipment required for the wheels to be mounted are designed and presented to the users with the machine.

Wheel Press

Some Advantages of KAAF Wheel Press;

  • Kaaf wheel press does not need any additional construction works on the site. It gets ready for assembly after the electrical connection of the machine and shortly calibration of the assembly molds. If any plant layout change need occurs, the machine can be moved easily.
  • Thanks to it is the innovative design enables to fit the rubbers into wheel tyres before setting the tyres on the wheel press,
  • Precise force usage and optionally track with loadcell,
